Locally were serve primarily New Orleans, Northshore, Baton Rouge, and surrounding areas. We also travel for events when booked for out of state/country events

Rooted in French Creole and Southern-Cajun, with occasional touches of Asian and Korean fusions

Our Menus can be found here. But feel free to reach out to us to receive a PDF copy by text or email. Menus are updated seasonally!

Do you handle dietary restrictions/allergies?
Yes! We take all dietary and allergy needs seriously—just let us know during your consultation.

Yes, we source fresh ingredients from trusted vendors. Have preferences? Just let us know.

How far in advance should I book?
Our dates book quickly especially weekends! I would recommend booking as soon as possible especially if your events date isn't flexible. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if the date is open for reservations! 

How is pricing structured?
Custom quotes are based on guest count, menu style, and service type. You’ll see a per-person rate + a 30% labor charge. We pass along vendor savings to keep pricing fair.

What’s included in the Full Service Experience?
A Chef and onsite service team members are included in the full service experience. We will also provide all course plating, custom menus, napkins, utensils, serve ware, platters, glassware for certain dishes, and more—at no cost!

Do you offer tablescape design?
Yes— We can create or recreate any tablescape design you have in mind whether it be a simple floral arrangement or a more elaborate design with custom pieces. As long as our chef or catering services are being used there is no charge for the planning, design or execution of tablescapes.
